SeaSupplier Revolutionizes Shipboard Procurement With SeaManagerII And V-Sat.

October 2, 2007 – SeaSupplier Ltd, a global provider for e-procurement solutions, today announced that it has extended its e-procurement suite to the shipboard community through V-Sat communications.  Through this new functionality shipboard personnel are now connected to a comprehensive suite of purchasing modules and real time communication with suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers and agents.  The improvement also provides real time communication with fleet operations, accounting, and other satellite offices.  The technology is expected to integrate shipboard and shore-side management teams in a way that has never been possible before.
