Arvid Bergvall joins Seasupplier Ltd. Board

Oct 20, 2008 - SeaSupplier Ltd, a global provider for e-procurement solutions, is proud to announce the election of Arvid Bergvall to it's Board of Directors.  Mr. Bergvall joins the Board as an independent member, representing the former OneSea shareholders.

Mr. Bergvall has had a distinguished career in the marine industry.  As CEO and cofounder of OneSea, a pioneer of the e-commerce solutions for the marine industry, he was instrumental in the early adoption of internet based procurement systems.  In 2001 Bergvall merged OneSea, owned by some of the most prominent shipping companies in the world e.g. Bergesen, Teekay, V-Ship World Wide, ect. with PrimeSupplier, owned by Stolt-Nielsen, to form SeaSupplier Ltd.  Mr Bergvall joined the SeaSupplier management team for the company's first year of operation, focusing on new business and brand name development.
 
In 2003 Mr. Bergvall took over as CEO of MARCAS, the industy's leading contracting organization, and steered the company through a significant growth phase.  He is currently the founder and CEO of Vision Invest, a European based real-estate development and consultancy company.
