Terry Kearney | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Terry Kearney is one of the founding members of SeaSupplier Ltd, having joined the company with Jacob B. Stolt-Nielsen in 2000.  He has guided the business development of the SeaManager II system since 1996 when he was an executive with the Stolt-Nielsen Group.  

Mr. Kearney held the position of Director of Operations in PrimeSupplier and then SeaSupplier from 2000 to 2004.  In 2004 he took over as CEO.  He has been a driving force in the commercial development of the company and its positioning within the marine and offshore industries.

From 1980 to 1996 Mr. Kearney worked for Chevron Shipping, Chevron USA, and Chevron Corporation.  He served as a licensed Chief Engineer and Superintendent during the initial years of his career.  Terry transitioned to the commercial and strategic activities of the company in 1989, managing port operations and then process and organization redesign teams.  Mr. Kearney led several re-design initiatives to improve shareholder value and lower operating costs.   

Mr. Kearney received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Business Administration from the United States Merchant Maritime Academy at Kings Point.  In 1992 he pursued his MBA at the University of Alabama and then UC Berkeley.    

Ronald Mattsson| Director of Operations

Ronald Mattsson has more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of areas in the marine and offshore industry. During that time Ronald has developed innovative solutions to build new global business opportunities for US and European companies in both local, South American and the Far Eastern markets.

During the past 10 years, Ronald has been instrumental in designing, delivering, implementing and selling complex, highly reliable and resilient automated e-procurement trading solutions, focusing on process optimization, cost effectiveness and global accessibility. In addition, Ronald has been responsible for managing and building blue chip customer accounts and relationships.

Areas of expertise include Business Process Re-engineering, Return on Investment Analysis, System process optimization and System Integration analysis and implementation.

Ronald has worked extensively at all levels within customer organizations providing a unique and deep understanding of the business issues, compliance pressures and technology challenges each groups faces today. This extensive practical knowledge gained over the past 20 years combined with an extended technical education has been optimized to re-architect, develop and implement the new Seamanager II e-procurement platform, which is set to revolutionize marine procurement.

Ronald earned a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Melbourne University.

Vivian Serrano | Director of Technology

Mrs. Vivian Serrano has been a driving force in the Seasupplier organization since the inception of the company. As the primary architect and designer of the company’s SeaManager II system,  Mrs. Serrano is the Director of Technology and responsible for all product development and support.  She also manages the company’s technical infrastructure and partner relationships.

Vivian has more than 35 years of experience as an application designer, business analyst, and development manager.  For the past 17 years, she has pursued excellence in marine procurement systems. 

Mrs. Serrano started her career as an external auditor with Price Waterhouse and Co.  During her tenure with PWC she worked with a multitude of companies and developed an effective foundation for her career in Information Systems.

Prior to joining SeaSupplier,  Vivian held management positions for Continental Mortgage Investors and Bradford Life Insurance Co.  She was a Vice President and Partner for Computer Solutions Inc and a Director for Hartwick College.

Mrs. Serrano earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami, where she was a scholarship recipient, and a Management Information Systems Certificate from Florida International University.
